To ease your order process and avoid delays, there are some terms and conditions, which we believe will create a better understanding between us.

Please read the following suggestions before you place your order.

• View our Catalog. Every item in our catalog has a specific code,
color & size and clearly categorized.

• Choose the desired item code, color & size you wish to purchase,
and fill out the quantity on the order form.

• If placing an order from the European Union, United Kingdom,
the United States and Canada, we will provide you with a price list that includes all shipping & custom charges (not including domestic delivery charges).

• E-mail or Fax us with your complete order form (please do not forget to provide your complete company details). A prompt reply, with a Pro forma invoice, together with a mutually appropriate agreement according to your order will be forwarded to you.

• Once the Pro forma invoice has been approved by you, we will ask for 50% of the total value to be transferred to our bank account as
a deposit.

• The order will be produced and delivered between 14 to 56 days after your approval and the deposit of 30%. You will be kept updated about the status of your order.

• Full payment will be required before delivery.

• A minimum quantity of 2 pieces per size and 6 pieces per color
is required.

• A minimum order of 1000 Euro is required. You will be informed
if your initial order is under this limit.

• Prices are based mainly on material costs, and may be changed according to market prices. We will do our best to inform our customers if any changes apply.

• To be able to view our collections online you must first register
with us. (click on “collection” to register)
