The Psylo sales team understands the needs of our customers, and we will do our best to provide you with the fastest and most professional service you deserve as our valued customer.

To ease your order process and avoid delays, there are some terms and conditions, which we believe will create a better understanding between us.

Please read the following suggestions before you place your order.

• View our catalog. Every item in our catalog has a specific code, color and size and clearly categorized.

• Choose the desired item code, color and size you wish to purchase, and fill out the quantity on the order form.

• E-mail or fax us with your complete order form (please do not forget to provide your complete company details). A prompt reply, with a pro forma invoice, together with a mutually appropriate agreement according to your order will be forwarded to you.

• Once the pro forma invoice has been approved by you, we will ask for 50% of the total value to be transferred to our bank account as a deposit.

• The order will be produced and delivered between 14 to 56 days after your approval and the deposit of 30%. You will be kept updated about the status of your order.

• Full payment will be required before delivery.

• A minimum quantity of 6 pieces per color is required.

• A minimum order of £1500 Pounds is required. You will be informed if your initial order is under this limit.

• If you want to order less then the minimums we will provide you with our stock list to order from our stock.

• Prices are based mainly on material costs, and may be changed according to market prices. We will do our best to inform our customers if any changes apply.
